You have to collect a certain number of Juta Ticket to redeem your prize. For every RM100 deposit you can get 1 Juta Ticket.

How do I choose my rewards & credits?

You can view our gifts on the Catalog Page and choose a gift that matches your Juta Ticket.

How do I place my order?

You can place an order through our customer service and also place an order directly at Juta77 Mall.

When can I receive my prize?

Your gift will be delivered to your address in 3-5 days after we receive the order. The total period for you to receive your gift is around 3 weeks.

When can I receive my Credit Voucher?

You will receive your Credit Voucher immediately after you redeem it with our Customer Service.

Can I collect my Juta Ticket and carry them over to subsequent months?

You are not allowed to collect Diamonds and carry them over to subsequent months. All remaining diamonds will disappear on the last day of each month.
